Nice one Daz - proper car, proper engine
Drove mine to work today - it's first outing Drives quite well, but a bit lumpy on the overrun. Have a feeling it's running about 0.01%CO as plugs are white, so time to buy some KFC

hes put abput 4 hours into it over 30 years
rumour has it he was making a mk3 escort rally car for fords but frd goit fed up of waiting so made the s1 themselves

The spec? Everything is standard mate! Not Ford's standard though!
It wants all the suspension setting up so it won't drive well at first.....
Gaz, you just gave me an idea.......if you mount it logitudinal as it is, you could mount a diff at each end and make it 4x4 using the diff in the box as a transfer box...could be an interesting project for someone else to undertake!
