Hey guys, my mate has just been done for speeding, I remember reading a topic a few months ago about somone who played the system and got away with it by ignoring the NIPs etc, I have searched for the old thread, but can't seem to find it , If anyone has any info please post it up as my mate is fuming , and wants to fight it

You don't just ignore the NIPS you respond and plead section 2 of PACE. Any on here was going through this a while ago but I have no idea what the current state is with his case

if your mates that raging perhaps he shouldnt be speeding, done the crime, do the time. but having said that if he wasnt in the car alone he could say hes not sure who was driving at that precise moment as they where taking shots each,my mate got of like that as we both look the same from the back (no hair) you couldnt tell from the photos
