Default diy zvh

Does any one no whats needed to do zvh conversion,which car has best donner engine,is th 1.8 easier than the 2.0 or vise verser,any help would be great cheers andy

iv just done a 2.0 zvh conversion on a RST

if ur going for the 2.0 ur need to find a 1.8 sump and pick up, and then just buy the kit from mad for it. it realy isnt that hard at all

lathe up some taperd bars to press fit in to the oil ways.

or use a 1.9cvh head gasket and that blocks them off fine.

get a 1.8 engine out of a escort mk5, then get the water pump plate a 1.3 tensioner mod a few pipes here or there and make a oil return for the turbo and thats it

u dont need to block oil ways off in the head just use a felpro headgasket

dont forget a oil return on the back of the sump, for the beather.

Use the full 16v whats the point of ZVH? Costs more to build than the 16v.

If your using MFi management obviously this is not so easy
