Default body work on S1

i wanna get 2 new front wings and a new slam panel put on my s1 rs turbo, but, can a bodyshop make it look like it aint been done? ie seal the joins to look like it came out of the factory??? dont want little balls of weld everywhere on show. want it 2 look original, like its never been touched. its just that every escort ive seen thats had new wings, you can spot it a mile off, i dont want that! can it be done???

I've had both wings and the front panel replaced on my S1..........and I said exactly the same as you. And that's EXACTLY what I got......... so yes it can be done. Word of advice - I went for the cheap option 1st time round and ended up paying twice and getting the job done twice. The second guy is the nuts mate, now a friend of mine and he is a real perfectionist and I thought I was fussy...........

Funnily enough, his son is a regular here on PF.........alright Boxxer !!!!

i would like the inside of the doors and appertures done, not to bothered about boot, i know you would need to see the car to quote in any real accuracy, but in a rough estimate?

not had the kit off yet, but on the upper sill in the rear corner of drivers door side, there is a bit that needs some attention, still aint had a good look at that though, as ive been so busy at work recently, and car has just sat since i bought it a week ago. it could be a while til i have it ready for the work as i need to source a few parts, and where would be the best place to buy panels? couple of bubbles coming through on rear valance and underneath tailights
