I've now got quite a bunch of spares for the car, and I know a lot of other people will have too. Even a lot of those standard bits that we've kept hold of after upgrading.

Some of this stuff is getting difficult to get hold of, especially quickly. Well I would be more than happy to lend any of them to anyone, to get them out of trouble until they get something sorted (within reason of course)

So, how about a sticky or something where we just have a list of the bits we've got, so anyone can get in touch quickly?

 

dont think it would work mate - might as well just sell them rather than lending??

 

I have sold all the bits i dont need, only keep the rare ones, which are more use to me tbh...

That's not the idea - I want to keep these bits for later, when mine breaks, or for putting back to standard etc.


I know - but you would lend them to the right person, as long as it didn't cost you anything, just to get them out of trouble right?

Why not? Say you live round the corner, your MAP sensor is fcuked, and you want to go away for the weekend. I have a spare, I'd let you borrow it.

You could even get me a beer if you fancy.
