anyone have any numbers for mobile scratch repair companies

a mate needs a couple doing on his fabia vRS and has been quoted over 350 by chips-away which i think is a rip-off

any tell numbers, or recomendtions from people who have had their cars done, or does anyone on here do this sort of thing

just a couple of scratches where his crazy ex took her anger out on the car

Had a real bad experience with 'Chips away' should be 'stay away'.

 

There is a new place set up on my estate at Markyate.
They're called "Scuffs and stuff", don't know if they do mobile though....

Bernie, If they are in Luton and IF they do mobile, I doubt VERY much they will travel to Nth London

 

Just walked done there, they do:
Mobile repairs
Oven baked spraying (knew that 'cos of the new chimneys )
Wheel refurb
Bumpers
Mirror backs
etc, etc,

Customer is having his race car done by them, knows the owner (Dan) and reckons they're pretty good.

No phone number on the door though, and I reckon they've probably knocked off for Crimble now (every other business on the estate has and it's like a ghost-town this afternoon)
