How realistic do you want to go? Live For Speed is pretty much the most realistic you'll get but you need a wheel. Mind you the game is so cheap (free demo too) the cost of a wheel isn't so bad.

I agree with MWF, live for speed 2 is very good.

GTR By simbin is total shit no customer supprt,granted lots of mods etc etc
if you want a real sim then get online and buy Rfactor only can purchase online only been out 4 months lots of mods for it already,i myself am converting track for the game best car sim out there bar none,utilising the all new powerful gmtmotor 2.0

Rfactor is pretty cool but when I tried the original demo felt it wasn't as realistic feeling as LFS (although sounded infinatly better) maybe I should look into it again.
