got myself a series one!
as above got my hands on a s1 rs turbo, needs a couple of bits and bobs done but nothing major league, give me a couple of months and she will be beautiful again, will get some pics up soon as i pick her up tomorrow night.
never had a s1 yet, only s2's

no nasty surprises, underneath was all zeibarted and is solid, was sittin in a barn for a few years i beleive, 64k on the clock, just a bit rusted where wings meet slam panel, get them replaced, and a couple of doors (which my mate has a pair) get a full respray to freshen whole car up and im laughing. gutted i went and sold the s1 decal set i had

well thats the car, and she is gonna get treated well, but i will need to find a decent bodyshop that can replace the panels properly and not leave welding scars visible everywhere, and respray too, so any1 recommend anywhere near glasgow?

any1 know of a good bodyshop then? also lookin for a good place to fit a decent alarm to her and what does STFU mean? is it 'shut the fuck up'?

a 3 door cos was in a couple of weeks ago and he also restored a mk2 rs2000 not that long ago

how expensive is he though? would we be talking thousands for a couple of wings, slam panel and a full exterior respray?

a know mate i guessed that
