Are Lotus Carlton's Rare or Not?
Just that I saw one at the garage today when I was filling up.
Looked pretty clean too and ultra aggressive.
How much are they worth?

Vauxhall Lotus Carlton 3.6 24V twin turbo, 1991, 0031G, 6-speed manual, Imperial Green, Black Leather interior, 63k miles, 5 owners, no current MOT, no current road tax, alarm, ABS, air conditioning, alloys, CD player, central locking, electric windows, immobiliser, PAS, sun roof. Been in storaga 10 month needs paint on front bumper but otherwise in good condition quick sale needed due to house purchase. Ł8,900 ono. Contact Andrew on 0151 510

Thought about buying one last year,they are a very complicated animal with lots to go wrong, and they are known to eat a headgasket now and again.
The interior is a bit manky though, but it's one of the all time greats.

saw 1 at silverstone last weekend at the f1, absolutely mint with the only number plate to have L8TUS. well impressed. was polished everywhere as well

nice motors, rapid as fuck , 377BHP as standard 
but frightenly expensive parts, and most parts are not made anymore 
apparently they are VERY fragile if tuned though but still stonking motors

I believe running one is nearly impossible due to the rarity of parts? Also heard they suffer a nast headgasket issue between two of the cylinders.
