running 205 45 17 on rs 7 spokes

running 205 45 17 on rs 7 spokes
due to the rs 7 spokes being so soft and therefore prone to buckling, would ruuning 45 instead of 40 help at all????

In theory, Yes, but 205/45/17 would be far too big for an ERST in my opinion. They would be expensive too, being an uncommon size.
Most people that have cars with 205/45/17's have gone to 215/40/17 for cost reasons and that tyre is definately too big for you.
