Why are some people so narrow minded over this, maybe he did change the minds of people like murderers to not murder, but people who have a murderous intent are often a danger in many ways not just one, methods of correction don't work, simple as, people should not need to be corrected in the first place if they are not criminally minded, so just have a think what other things he might have ordered during his Crips gang leadership, robbery? drugs? extortion? violence? rape? protection raquets? and people think hes a god because he gave some advice, get real.

Jail should not just be an inconvenience, it quite rightly should be made a physical hell for anyone who dares to commit a crime serious enough to be sentenced, it would make them think twice about doing it, which is more effective than changing peoples minds.

How many of you have ever had a family member murdered????

My wifes mum was murdered 10 years ago (she was 34 and my wife was 16 at the time), the guy admitted to it and was convicted of murder (not the lesser sentence of man slaughter) he is now out walking the steerts again after only 9 years behind bars for a murder he ADMITTED to doing.....

Now ask my wife what she thinks of murders and I'm sure you'll get a point of view from a victim

everyone whos commented is basing it on what they feel prison is about,,,,,,,, the problem is prison is NOT about punishment as its primary objective

its about rehab for people who didnt have it before

ive personally had 2 close mates murdered and some more ive just know but not been part of my circle i mix in

ive never had a family member DIRECTLY murders as such so obviously i cant comment

but the reason for prison has worked in his case, not saying let him out, i never have either, just hes inside doing good trying toi educate others and he will reach people that the police whould never be able to, that was my point
