phase sensor wiring

firstly which way round should the plug go and what happens if anything if the plug is the wrong way round?

From: Blackpool, UK Destination: Rev limiter

Top wire on sensor goes to the pin nearest to the sensor itself.

Wrong = non start on early ecu's. Run faults on later ones.
