Torque setting for RST head???

Torque setting for RST head???
I'm putting the head back on the RST lump this week ready for ridding of it. Its going to a mate of a mate so needs to be done properly.
Can't remember the settings tho, can anyone help??

Check on the box the head bolts came in mate as some are slightly different.
I think the Haynes manual refers to genuine ford bolts.
