WELL DONE Andy 
I've been fighting my case for 5 1/2 months or so now, having not received my NIP within 14days (although they are saying it was sent
)
Its looking good so far, im hoping they wont summons me within the 6month period, but even if they do, im happy to have my day in court
Wish more people would fight rather than just pay the fines

BUT
If you were speeding and got caught then surely you should pay your fine and not speed again or at least be more carefull. As we have rules and laws in this country to protect us.
Its nice to see Andy get off and the same applies to you too if you do, I got done the other week on the test track- 79 in a 60. Yeh they obv had nothing better to do and I didn't over take anything and it was 1 in the morning but whats the point.. I was speeding so I pay my fine and take the points. Its that simple.
Anyways.. well done!!!

i was apparently clocked doing 102mph on the A249 a few months back
i asked for the photos, they never turned up, and i never heard anything afterwards either
the thing is, how do they proove that you were speeding when they only have one picture?, you can't measure against anything so hwo do they proove you were going at any speed, they could have caught you doing 10 mph and they could try and scam it, it just doesn't make any sense

I've still got his number, he's from the office dept of Leics constabulary traffic unit. Quotes like "You wont get off" "your waisting your time" and "It's our job to deal with people like you, we do it every day we know what we're doing" all came from his mouth. Now, I do like the Police, believe it or not. I work alongside them and they aint that bad, but he was just plain BS ing me!

i got away with 99.9 mph on a motorway by saying that someone was testdriving my car and i couldnt remember their name as by the time i recieved the ticket was about 3 weeks.. said i was going to court for failing to give the name of the driver but the next day got the letter dropping the case .. also got off a bus lane fine by writing in saying i had to pull into it as a fire engine was coming up behind me with its blue lights flashing... always worth trying to get away with it rather than just paying up...
