Way i see it is if a deal has been arranged then its a done deal as soon as the peeps set off on the journey. Hard cheese for ur mate. Fair enough if they didnt turn up or backed out upon viewing then ur mate was next in line.
To be honest though i dont think it was fair of your mate to put you in that situation. Seems like he has just used your friendship to get what he wanted!

Oh dear we really have made you look like a messer
i knew that u wouldnt get £500 for them and that u just offered them 2 ur mate for the same money, which is stoopid coz i would of happily gave you £450+
neva mind hope you learn from this mistake and have many problems selling things on here in the future.
Change of attitude but ive got the hump 2day
