ive had expierence with avo and gaz and on a cossie i think avo are better but avo dont supply rear coilovers on escorts so i think gaz are your best bet for a s2 for the money there alrite

The roll bar isnt very substatial so you wont really notice the difference once the coilovers are fitted, Brom also advised me when i had mine done that it wasnt needed. You cannot run it anyway as it would turn the traverse bar with the up & down movement.

I have Gaz's on my Focus, they started rusting in the first year and two of the shocks started leaking. Removing them soon infavour of something else.
