binding brakes

Default binding brakes

just fitted calipers and handbrake cable to the back of my 2wd saph cossie and they are now binding....... im pretty sure it has nothing to do with the handbrake cable/ handbrake.

also the handbrake is realy stretchy, is that just the cable streching? as i thought they may be pre stretched

help need asap please as i want to get it booked in for the mot tomo and it aint gona pass with the brakes as they are

they were back already. there was enough room for the pads and the disk with some extra

then pump the brake a few times for the ratchet to wind em out i supose

take the rear brake disks out and then pump the brakes and see if the piston comes out


MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WINDING TOOL THOUGH AS OTHERWISE YOU AINT GETTING THE DISKS BACK ON IF THEY WORK

i no they do as there was space between the pads and disk and now there isnt if ya get that.

and i do have the tool

you sure theres no air in it or the springs for the hand brake aint bolloxed

the handbrake arms return fine with help from the sping.

as for air, i did bleed them pretty well
