sounds like ign and fuel pump relays. check the wiring at the battery and bulkhead.

pink?

U sure?

Where are these relays? Can you take a pic?

If its the Fuel pump and Ignition relay you should have standard Ford Yellow relays in there. Not any type of pink relay.

It could be why you blow fuses?

Regards

there are five relays behind the glovebox, 1 ign, 1 fuel pump, and the other 3 are for the abs.so if the car starts and runs its the abs fuses. do your brakes work?

The car runs and drives. i've got no brakes yet as its been off the road for a rebuild and new pad set. there's no fluid in the resivoir yet as the lines are off so its probably gonna be that!!
Does anyone know why the fuse is blowing though, has the pump got a cut off that could be doing this (saftey feature maybe)

definitaly to do with the ABS. unplugged the 2 plugs on the side of the pump and it doesn't blow the fuses anymore. so its either siezed the pump?! or its got a cut off or something (hopefully)
