pains me to say it but people DO follow daves ideas ( im not gonna show my new power steering tank or my intercooler for fear of embarresment

the embarresment was the fact i have ALSO coppied you on the water injection and the power steering tank
well i ACTUALLY BOUGHT a remote oil filter for my car untill i realised the mess i will prob make on oil changes

Hate loud exhasuts too, unless it's a track car. Mine is as quiet as std, uc ant hear it in the car, and thats how i like it.

Remote oil filters have been on prob at least 50% of decently modified Jap Imports for as long as I can remember.
Seems to be one of the first mods over there, and if its not already done it gets done once its here, makes life a whole lot easier.

Seriously tho, my old car, daves car, 100s of other cars, its no different, jus cars with different and good bits on that arnt generaly on road cars, so its the first time most people have seen them.
Same whats not happened with bigger that T4 turbos, and doing stuff other than RS500 spec for 500bhp, its far from new, been around for ever, I said it was the way to go back in 2001 on the RSOC BB for example.
But until someone did it, it was nowhere.
Now every c.unts doing it.
Some people put some thought and knowlege into things, everyone else are just sheep.
Can say it about anything, clothers, haircuts, tatoos, all kinds of shit.

I dont think tis fuck all to do with "Celeb" status, theres loads of well known people on here that people wouldnt copy in a million years as their stuff is shit.
It just down to copying a good idea theyd never had the sence to thnk of or find out about.
And its annoying yeah, you put a huge amount of hard work into finding out about these things, then every fucker goes n does it.
Happened v.recently with the LED rear lights i bouht for the GTR, i was the 1st person in the UK to have em, now there a fucking group buy on them from the Skyline lot
Thing is if you dont do the research, youd be stuck waiting for everyone else to work it out.
And generally that dont happen, FFS it took 15years for people with Cossie road cars in the UK to remove the blinkers and realise RS500 spec is miles from the ultimate spec.
Only thing you can do is keep it all secret n quiet.
