Default Another closed lop lambda thread for the MSD lads

can you nick the k-jet closed loop lamda control stuff off of another car n fit it to a std k-jet car or does this require a special metering head/fuel dizzy?

from my understanding its a seperate ecu controlled valve n so it is possible
