its not the best but plenty good enough for a track car.

 

in what way mate? shit molding? or damaged ect????? can sort quite allot out when i mould it as long as it aint total shite

 

it looks like from the original mould that they beat them out with mallets

kinda looks like its cracked, but its not if you get me...

i was gonna take the filler to it tomoz.

spadge that one looks quite good, damage hopefully means it wont go for much

 

ah right, probably means they knocked it out the mold with a normal hammer and not a soft rubber mallet just cracks the gell coat normally. if it has dont bother trying to fill over them, the gell needs to be ground right back to the mat and redone get some pics up so we can see how bad she is

 

ah bollox, its like that pretty much all over.

ive worked with filler and f/g before and not had too many probs. so why not bother to fill the lines?

or is high build primer better?

 

cause if the gell cracked and you just fill them they move and it'l just come though again. you could use filler but just make sure you grind right back to the mat first

if we where to mold it then dont worry about it, just surface it so its good enough to take a splash off

 

ah i see, the actual gel coat is ok, it just looks like its cracked, its the mould they take it from thats fukked lol.

anyway a pic speaks a billion words so ill sort some tomoz.
