Default Ebay.... again

What would you say was reasonable delivery time?

I sold an Item on ebay 7days ago and I emailed yesterday appologised for not getting the part in post yet and promised to post out first thing monday morning.

Is this a reasonable turn around? Basically I've been posting stuff all week and working full time I didn't get them all off straight away.

'Cos i've been getting attitude for not posting quicker! feel like refunding the paypal and telling them to fuck themselves

i aim to post the same day or the next morning at the latest-but i do this for a business so i suppose its different for me, i would say a week is fine for a non business to post, at the end of the day people have to realise that buying privately you have a job and other commitments that come first.

When ive sold something, if im late in posting it i always send an email just telling them that it will be later as i havent posted it yet.

But when i have bought something, i always check to see how long delivery will be and if it isnt here within that time i send a polite email letting them know it hasnt arrived.

Dont understand why people have to send emails with attitude, especially if they have recieved emails letting them know about any delays.

Default Ebay

Sold some stuff a few months ago, explained that I was on holiday when the auctions ended, so asked winning bidders to be patient. On my return my grandad passed away. Feeling shitty I posted the goods a few days later along with an email explaining my circumstances.I still was left crap feedback by one of the coonts

28 days is in e-Bay guidelines at Jon says

In some of my adverts I do state paying by Paypal does not give the buyer the right to get goods the following day in the post, occasionaly I will reply that I actually work for a living instead of claiming JSA to sit on my arse at a PC everyday

The thing that pisses me off about e bay is when people won't leave you feedback until you leave them some.
