Thought you would buy them with the cam as that will need replacing if you do it, something to do with ramp angles?

99% of the time solid tappets dont come with cam's its either standard or anti pump ones, will jsut have to order some after market solid ones then.

Of the top of my head I think Kent does some solid lifters as some of the 16i boys have had rebuilds with their cams and used their lifters.

only standard limiter, remember i never got it setup, but fook me she went went for 9psi.

was a good setup, for what i want.

I not a "no lag" person if i didnt want lag i would have brought a super charger.

my laggyness prevented alot of wheel spin and seing as i wasnt into 0-60 it worked very well for me and so i want to do something very similar.

after than cam, i went to a piper t2, which was indeed less laggy, but didnt preduce the same power delivery that the kent one did.

CheeRS Ryan, just wondering that's all, because I was going to go for solid lifters on mine to make the cam "future proof" should I need it, but changed my mind due to the extra labour involved in shimming them correctly so they didn't rattle. It's all new to me this.

I now have what you had, Anti- Pumps and Double Valve Springs, aiming to rev to 7000rpm with them.

Ryan you want a Newmans cam and Solid Lifters

They have been the best out of all the cams we have tested, for use on my own car.
