First Ford = Mk6 Escort. Bought April '03 when I was 16.
Still have it today, along with a mk3 orion, mk2 fiesta, and off to pick up another mk6 escort on Friday
Not an RS in sight I'm afraid!!

I was 21 when I bought my first Ford, a Fiesta Si that I still own, had it 6 years now.
Bought my first RS, a Fiesta RS Turbo in 2004 when I was 25, since then I've had a Series One and an RS1800, that I've still got.

First RS was a Mk2 RS2K at 19 ( replaced a 5.7litre V8 Mustang I had at 18 )
Had the RS less than a week and it was written off by an oncoming BMW which was overtaking.....
so got my 2nd RS2K a couple of months after that...

Parts aren't that bad, there's Cosworth in California to thank for that. I go over a lot so when I'm there I pick up spares if I can if not I get it sent to me.

awsome i have toyed with the idea of the saxo route or 106 purely because of there cheap insurance and then i thought of the image they have being given by boy racers and it put my right off, so for now i think ill stick to being a ford boy
