ive recently installed an autometer AFR gauge and am currently using the standard ford zetec lambda sensor, the gauge is constantly reading rich.
ive looked thru the instructions for the gauge and seen the range of voltage the gauge wants to see is 0-1v im seeing around 3.3v at idle across the sensor dropping to around 2.8v when revved.
am i usng the wrong lambda gauge or have i wired it wrong?
if im using the wrong sensor can someone point me in the direction of the correct one

not sure if you have the correct gauge but i have one that i bought off of gadget to use with my gauge but i've since sold the gauge but still have the sensor
let me know if your interested

of course the gauge is reading rich if that's the voltage that it's seeing.
don't see how you get that voltage out of a narrow band sensor though
how many wires does the sensor have, and what colours are you using?

cheers mate, may give you a shout
im using four wires, cant remember colours etc as its standard ford fitment, taking a feed off the supply to the ecu +/- 12v for heater and 5v for feed as per ford wiring
