Default Computer controlled CCTV software..............

Has anyone any experience with computer controlled cctv software?

i have 2 cameras, a cctv capture card and some free software that came with it all, however, the software won't load correct and all the menu's are covered with "????" - however, the card is working fine as i am able to view both cameras

has anyone got any links to shareware or freeware software available on the net that can control upto 4 cameras with the ability to record either continuously, or timelapsed?

cheers

up for the IT techies

basically, i have a DVR card that has 4 composite inputs - these can be used with any composite camera.

i need the software to control the card and cameras. it has to be able to run in the background of other applications and have motion recognition on the software for the cameras so that it records as soon as the camera sees something move

I run software called Pico2000, works quite well has motion sensing etc, could do you a copy if you want to try it out? or send it on msn, not sure how big it is though.
