Hanney retired on top, Dorian retired on top despite looking shit on his last appearance with a torn bicep, and I don't think Ronnie will be any different. He's not the sort to blow his prep so I think he'll walk away with it.

He retired and got very thin Just does seminars and bits and bobs I think. I stopped buying the magazines ages ago so have lost track too. I was a big fan of Dorians despite his lack of aesthestics, I think it was his training mentality, nobody else has ever come close to his dedication.

makes me wonder how they pack it all on. I must admit that 10 years ago (i was 19) i went to the gym and cud not put weight on at all due to what i was told by my doc was a fast metabolsim. I weighed 10 stone then

i used weightgain-no good

I ended up losing wieght as i trained and just being toned. I then used 2 types of steroid russian dianobol and metha-testoserone

I put 2 stone on in 14 weeks but i became so moody and angry, My missus sed to stop or she wud leave me.

I stopped, am still with her now and 2 kids bless her. Thing is i am now 30 and back to 10 stone and a fast metabolism

It does my head in when you read about this fat fookers joining weight watchers. I so really wish i cus join a fat bastards weght gain club or sumat

I am as paranoid about the way i look as 20 stone people do in a leoatrd I have thought about going back to the gym again but i guess i am too old now for the muscles to repair as well as they would when i was younger,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sludge i got a metabolism like you i can burn weight 10 times as fast as i gain it....but stick at gym and you Will get bigger, i've put on 1 1/2 stone in a year

i cant be arsed now adam. thing is can you believe that evry night i drink like 8 tins a night, eat well and cant put an ounce back on. Does my fookinghead in.

If i am ill ie flu etc, i can loose so much in a day or 2 and to put back on what i lost taks 6 months or more
