Stage 3 Upgrade

Stage 3 Upgrade
I'm thinking abut upgrading my cossie from Stage 1 to Stage 3, but am unsure if the engine will take it without lunching itself.
What kind of compression should I expect from a decent engine and is there anything else I should check before upgrading?

Always best to fit a new headgasket before upgrading to stage 3 ESPECIALLY if its on its original headgasket!!
Provided the engine is smoke free and doesnt burn lots of oil, then a good stage 3 setup will be fine.

Thanks Karl - Its just had a Grp A gasket fitted, however the seal between the turbo housing and the exhaust downpipe doesn't appear to be a 100%.
Do you use any sealent between the joins or do you leave it dry?
