Default cooling Fan blade direction?

on a cossie... twin fans. Suck air through the rad.

looking at the fans from underneath.. ie: straight at them...what way should they spin? anticlockwise? or clockwise?

Should the fans not suck the air in from the front of the car so wire it up and see which way the air goes

i was going to wire my fans so when going slow, they would blow air OUT of the engine bay,, then whem moving reverse direction ( i know the fan shape doesnt help effiency but you only loose about 25% eff by going the other way)

but i couldnt be arsed in the end
