What's it take to get 180bhp out of a 2.0ltr N/A Zetec?

not really mate, tbs cost £100 off ebay, i got me dad to make the spacers etc, air box was £110, injectors £20. cost me about £350 in total to make it all, but lots of hours.

head and block skim £30 each, cams, i got em second hand £150. FRS head gasket £30

and i built it myself

prolly cost about 1k in total.

got though 2 gearboxes in a month tho, part of the reason i broke car lol

Awrite mate, probaly been told this in the post but this is what i found out!
2.0 zetec+twin 45's+omex management+four branch ashley manifold=180.4 bhp on the rollers!!
Saw another car with exactly same set-up but a fancier exhaust manifold make even higher bhp figure!!

Also my mate just put a 1.8 zetec in his mk4 escort, 2lt cams four branch and mk1 fiesta xr2 square top carb and it goes like foook, recnt track nigth a redtop nova struggled to pass him so there is plently of scope!!!!!
