if u got access to a CNC machine then yeah , to get the balance even

i used to drill my own discs , worked a treat ,

made a template and transfered it to the disc

now if you had a table based dividing head you could mount the disk on to which would give an exact distance between each hole,then yes you could,

I have been meaning to do this at work for years but never got round to it

Surely it would be useless without some kind of stress relieving afterwards to get rid of the stress risers caused by the machining?
