Dingy did mine, but you'd have to check how busy he is.

Otherwise, Martin can sort something.

the std oil pressure sensor is wank lol

i have a defi with a set low limit

i have set it to 1.5 bar

it is not the sump that stops the surging ginge but the gating in it as marco's pics show

ppl with track cars fit these and as i track my car and i dont have one i am seeing the symptoms of not having one.

that is why i want one

Bal

Look carfully this is a gated system sump and totally diffent to Pon's

the only thing is the same as Pons is the return to sump

it works in every direction braking ,accel, cornering left ,conrering right ,

the gates work according which means it keeps "the same amount of oil" in the sump at any postion ,any time

it sits below the Xmeber but sits level with the bottom of the xmeber

it's proper trick and it's the same design as the touring car Rs500's

it's holds 7.5/6litres in total

if you look carfully you will see than on the left hand side is a funny shape and thats because of the starter motor sits there

Pons sump no offence ,but they are better than not having one ,the only down fall with them as they are too slow letitng in the oil because they have holes drilled inside the sump where the wings are so the sump has no controll over the oil speed coming back into the center of the sump

hey marco thats what i noticed about ya sump , mines the same as pons ( i got mine first though,,,,,,,, and it came with the car )
and must admit ive wondered about the use of it breaking, hence my reply to craig

also noticed that its lower, a better idea than just adding wings too , never new there was holes drilled int he wings in mine, i was thinking about why not cut a letter box out the bottom of my sump then add the wings, guess i know know they done something

oh nad my sump MUST take less than yours

is a work of art,,,,,,,,,,,, cue for the pro allouy boys to offer this on there range too ( i want a finders fee for the idea though )

craig what ever ya decide may i sugest doing a few outlest ( oil temp, return and drain plug) just for the pro look

Hi John

Ryan

i can get him to make them again he stop for while because of a few personal things

everyone is hand made to suit ....any 2wd/4wd oil pump or any pick up pipe

the pick up pipe has to be modded because it's moved right back

thanks Marco

Griag

The oil pick up pipe is alterd and re-postioned

this is what i don't want to do is get the guy to make them and you lot don't have them

if any of you are seriouly intrested then i will need a 2wd sump in part ex

i will also need you tell me which oil pump you are using i can tell him

as for cost i will speak with him the weekend

as the for the guy who makes them is a down to earth genuine guy and not so much in it for the money

but you will have to pay Lenny's tax on them it won't be much thats just to cover petrol /and phone bill
