flywheel with surface rust

my engine has been sat in my garage since my car went away to get sorted,now the flywheel has a little suface rust is this ok?will it go away like the suface rust you get on brakes

also is there a link to fitting a clutch

I would say it will be OK, but why not be on the safe side and just clean it off with some wire wool??
