As for all the pisstaking of poor old Mike R, it makes me smile reading comments about him consulting a pro that are from people whom i know for a FACT phone myself and other tuners for advice all the bloody time.... roflol
Mike can hold a sensible technical conversation about engines and mapping with me no problem so i guess that puts him straight into the top 5% on this forum no bother at all... Fair play i say. Good job he takes all the pisstaking so well cos it would personally piss me right off

Well it's a maram shafted turbo, so I thought it "might" take the abuse. And I "may" be right, but like with RS Focus's, I don't want to be the guinea pig and risk fucking up my turbo just in case . You make a good point there Stu, but it's only banter.
Anyone with the anal retentive attention to detail that Mike has is always respected, but also open to a bit of piss taking, especially when you consider his blinkered approach to general dress sense

Yes, I KNOW about STANDARD T4s (where it is normally the shafts that snap), but mine is maram 247 material, which is CONSIDERABLY stronger . Had it been a normal T4, I wouldn't have even asked the question . However, no-one seems to have tried it on a maram shafted one (probably not wanting to junk Ł2ks worth of turbo) .
