- what I said to you in PM was 100% honest and NOT what you are obviously thinking!! Phil, as Mike says - AFAIK, you supply him anyway. Spec' was a last minute thing! Almost no one knew what I was doing as I don't feel the need to tell everyone what I'm doing (and NO, that's not a pop at you btw!). If we'd had that phone chat the other day, I'd have of course mentioned to you, the new engine.

I think you would find that it would actually make 35mpg WITH it, as it constantly trims the fuel to 14.7:1 a/f. You car can't do this without it. So what you ACTUALLY mean is, that your car is still very good on fuel with big injectors without this.

Bill will explain everything in his own time, I'm not going to steal his thunder. To say I am impressed though is an understatement. All credit goes to Nick Waples, Tim, Harvey, Ahmed and Bill for coming up with an engine that has almost unbelievable VE. I desperately want a drive and when we go to Brunters, I'm going to play swapsies (although Bill doesn't know this yet) .
