How much does a engine weight?

For a 2.1 ZVH engine over 150kgs? under 500kgs? I haven't a clue!

complete block and head is about 80-100kgs i think

i know i put my back out carring a zetec bottom end from my kitchen to the garage... well was ok till i had to put it down
