Green Street ain't that bad, not as good as FF but then the perspective is slightly different....... wouldn't do if we all liked the same things.
Be interesting to see what Revolver's like, as that's been heavily slammed by the critics...
NOTE: I'm heavily medicated so don't pay too much attention to my taste, or lack, thereof

Billabong as you say every body has there own opinion on films
but i thought the idea although a bit played out WAS WASTED on a poor film really
there was a film out years ago called the ICF thought that was much better filmed
and a better story to it ..it didnt hold a candle to THE FOOTBALL FACTORY
IMHO ..
just my opinion

BC, I'm semi-serious when I say about being heavily medicated, lol
To be fair, I wasn't expecting a lot from Green Street - dubious because it had a Hobbit in it so maybe that's why I wasn't as dissapointed. Don't recall seeing ICF, is there a full title or is that it, make take a gander. Watched Football Factory before I heard absolutely anything about it, so had absolutely no expectations, but thought it was a v.good film of it's genre.
Adrian, he has NO excuse!!

Ah, may have seen it, can't remember Will have a watch anyway. Vaguely remember another one - ID, think it had that geezer out of some sitcom in it (Matthew somat or other with John Thaw in it too)

Reece Dinsdale played Matthew in the sitcom Home to Roost or something. Caught an episode on Paramount the other week and made me dig out ID to watch! Absolutely superb film.

I think Football factory was more raw. Greenstreet was a little too melodramatic for my liking. It was directed by a Yank and part financed in the States....hence it had that good v bad feel about it.
Casual scene is all but dead these days with OB the only winners. Bringing my point to man utds firm outside picadilly on GS. Would never happen these days without ob there straight away.

I loved Football Factory and Green Street.
Just been to watch Revolver tonight, and it is the worst film I have ever seen. Bored the shit out of me. For once the critics were right!!!

Revolver is a pile of crap, made no sense what so ever and even if you stick it out to the end it is still no better. I had hoped for a good film after snatch and lockstock but Guy Richie screwed up this time
