Default My car is nearly alive again....

Well about 10weeks ago I took my car into the workshop to do a couple of simple jobs, since then I've been working on it almost everynight and now its has a complete new fuel system and nitrous system and intercooler/chrage cooler along with many other little bits along the way.

hopefully we shall be seeing some BIG improvement on performance now, the Turbo is the ONLY limit to the car now but hopefully not for too long.

Jus lookin at the intercooler...

Jus wondering if the bits either side of the bottom 4wd (i guess) cooler should be a lil wider to increase flow to it?

Whats going above the cooler? (looking at the pipes i guess it ends lower than a 500 cooler)

the top part is water cooled and it only needs enought airflow to fill the bottom row and the area before it IS more than the area of the row opening also as the inlet flow round and in from the Top I didn't need to use the rounded end tank design I've used on Martins and the Zoo ones. Hope it works anyway, if not I'll do another one

The total volume of this cooler is still larger than a Rs500 one which why I haven't used a 4th core, there is room but front end weight concerns me more as its a fast road/drag, If I was o start doing track days then the cooler would fill the front end of the car and no water cooling.

Aeromotive is the front reg for the engine and SX is the one behind controlling the nitrous fuel pump pressure

Drag radials also work well on Concrete as I ran mine at Brunters along with Steve Scott, What size 17" tyre?
