Dingy if you wait a while you can usually pick one up from a Superchips trade stand for £460-70

EDIT - ignore me!! I'm getting confused with the GGR Bluefin as someone told me they'd improved the program

IMPO i would get a re-map if you can and if its possible, more worth it.

+ you prob won't get the ECU light coming on every 4-5 days.

Billy - if you buy the Bluefin with the right spec for the car, you wont have the light coming on, as Rob gets his specced.

Bish needs to sort his then, as the ECU came on the other day and i wasn't 100% sure what the fella said when we collected it.

What would you say is better? BlueFin or a ReMap? and why?

Personally I like the Bluefin for ease of use, extras like fault finding, and immobiliser.

Not had any experience of any that have been remapped, apart from Rob's old one, but that was about as far from standard as possible at the time!

BillyCabrio it should all be cool mate...have uninstalled the bluefin and when I'm ready to hook it back up it should recognise the de-cat and new exhaust within 150 miles

See thats what i dont understand, theres no way in hell the Bluefin would know you have these mods, they have no senors for the Bluefin to pick up on

I think it maybe a case of you or Superchips telling it that you have them and getting it remapped that way.
