may o be so bold as to carry on the subtle hint i did earlier
PHONE UP ZOO ASK FOR BROM AND PAY HIM FOR THE CONVERSION, TELL HIM WHAT YA HAVE AND HE WILL SORT IT, WILL BE THE CHEEPEST AND HE KNOWS HIS SHIT !!!!

Rs focus 324mm disks will fit using rsturbo calipers on most 16" wheels.
cant be sure about escos ones specifically though cos i havent tried it. in fact i've only tried it with rsturbo calipers and hubs but it looks like 4x4 calipers and hubs would work.
some light machining on the caliper and caliper carrier is required. on my momo sport 16" wheels there is about 5mm clearance.
