If you intend beating Mike round the Ring you are going to need 600+bhp Stu .
Its a slippery Slope

I couldnt beat Mike round there even with 800bhp Rod, my only aim is to enjoy myself pal, nothing to prove, only enjoyment to gain.

Quite right, and personally, I think you have the makings of a very competent track car.

You've had the sense to do the two most important things first, but to be honest, I'd expect no less, considering you're very methodical in your approach

Beam and TCAs will be a worthy addition, but all in good time.

See you in February for the Beds track day at Bedford for fun, and serious beerage afterwards

Stu

I can recommend the adj TCAs that Brom does - has made a big difference to my car but then again it is probably the fact that he set them up well - turns in much nicer now and feels a lot more "planted".

rod doesnt understand "nothing to prove"
simply dont compute

mike is super fast round the ring, turning into corners you cant yet see across the webbing is rather unnerving at first lol like alton towers after you realise he does actually know what hes doing low 8 mins and the car was running only 1.5 bar

transmission next stu

Stu,
Rest assured you'll be on the list next time. I wouldn't recommend you being one of the first, as these laps are always the slowest as I get my eye in and assess the available grip.
