i downloaded an a film in avi format from a p2p program.
the file did not work, and now i cannot delete it as it says file is being used by another program. even though no programs are open. in fact, just entering the folder where the file is slows my pc down and i have to reboot to get it up runing again.

any help much appreciated

i stay away from p2p full of viruses???
