Try and smile a little if you can, and think of the good things - it helps you through the dark times.
I lost my Father very suddenly in bad circumstances a few years back so I know how you feel.
All the best

Very sorry to here that, i lost my gran round this time last year to cancer A proper wounder, you really don't realise what's important in life until something proper tragic happens . It's definately not cars, money, bling stuff etc. what it really boils down to is friends and family
Wishing you and your family all the best in this difficult, sad time

Take each day as it comes and try and spend as much time as you can with your immediate family....those who understand etc
Such a cruel way to lose someone. My mum lost her dad to cancer and hasn't ever got over how she had to see him. Not helpful this week we've lost a family friend of 47 years yesterday too....really not a great time for many people at the moment it seems
Take care of yourself
RIP

Sorry to hear about your dad lee, as said, time is a great healer. You will always fill up when thinking back on good times but that happens to everyone, i lost my grandad nearly 3 years ago but it only feels like yesterday, if only heaven had a phone
My thoughts are with you and your family.

Sorry to hear of your loss Lee. I did not get a chance to meet you at ND as you were very busy and I did not want to interupt( I was the one with Kev Sharp).
Not much anyone can say that will make it better for now.

really sorry for your loss.
i've got through any grief with the thoughts that you are only upset for your own loss and the people left behind, as the loved one you've lost is no longer suffering where ever they are.
