i have a 1.3 escort and i am planning on doing a replica wrc escort. does anyone have any helpful tip on doing the bodywork , or any engine, air filter exhaust etc ideas .

Start with a car with a better engine Not very helpful I know

have a look in the resto forum, dave is doing a WRC replica jobbie on his Esc Cossie, differnt ballpark i know but it may help to give you ideas and point youin the right direction, good luck with it and why not start a resto thread of your own of the car and what you do as you do it may makegood reading

 

Make sure the kit is designed for a short wheel base car (ie yours) as the real one has a longer wheel base.
