All down to personal preference, personally im of the same opinion as Spiky, that shape and firmness is more important that size.
Huge great big tits are great to look at, but i find a C cup more pleasing on the hand, but everyone has their own taste with regards to whats best.

Judging by her legs she is a very slim lass yet still a good sized pair.

Personality - I've been with the odd psycho nutcase in my time so she'd have to be a full bag o' shopping for a start
Face - People say "you don't look at the mantlepiece when poking the fire", what a load of b0ll0x
Figure - Spare tyres and saddlebags are a definite no no, so she's gotta be fairly shapely within reason, and being 6ft 3" myself, no taller than me, cos thats just freaky.
Tats - personally not less than a DD, I have big hands and something else big to stick between em so they have to be able to do both tasks

Sean if they are natural then when you start getting into the DDs they get a bit saggy and I think its a bit of a turn off!!! Obviously big ones are great fun to play with when she is on top then they dissapear when she is on her back
