Default Engine Air Consumption

Could someone tell me how to calculate air consumtion of engine in CFM.

and if anyone has already done this calculation could they tell me what it is on a cossy.

2 litres per 2 revolutions surely. assuming perfect flow, ie no vacuum due to port restrictions.

28.31 litres to one cubic foot

Remember to allow for Volumetric efficiency.

It depends on a number of factors, there is an equation, but its in one of my books I lent a mate....ill see if i can get it back.

Involves capcity, volumetric effiency, engine speed and pressure ratio if i recall correctly. Ill try n find it!
