New Quarter mile record!?!
Dunno if its been posted already but as ive been renovating the bedroom all day I havent been able to log on until now.
Anyway, the well known Swedish 755bhp Escos run by Fredrik manage a time of 10,23s 138mph at the quarter today. 1,65s 60ft time
Mighty impressive for a road legal car with full interior, it also got normal H-pattern gearshifts.

In my book it is
It drives on the fixit gearboks wivh is the same as the std(gearing but longer 1. gear tho) snd std diff`s AND with full cabib in the car...
The other cars that was faster was with stripped out cabin, dogbox gearboxes and diff`s...

As for specs its been featured in Fast Ford so I cant be arsed typing that in here.
Used to be 735bhp but had a remap and now produce 755bhp and 556lb/ft on racefuel. Max boost: 38psi on a modded GT42 turbo.

some 1 get kev sharp to knock the dust of the cos set a new record
i doubt the standard diff though 700+ hp would kill it quicker then u can blink standard ratio maybe but not standard diffs

They killed the diff on the first run, removed it and went to have it reparied, got back, fitted it and did this time.
Ran Hankook Street tyres 205/50 15.

thats an impressive time although the MPH is low for the power claimed. thats more what I'd expect from a 650hp car with stock escos weight. Still lots of room for improvent on the 60ft so this could be a 9second car with a decent launch

I'd hardly say the 60ft is that bad. How many 4wd "road legal" cars out there are doing much better ?
When the Team Ice Subaru ran one of its 9s runs, it only managed a1.61s 60ft, and that was using ET Streets, and that was its best 60ft of the day at Elvington.

Awesome time there!! And it looks pukka as well, the other quick Escos in Europe Spain? or whether running similar times, looks like a right battered old shed a quick shed, but still a shed.....
