Default Computer people.....please help...

..got a radeon x300 se in my PC with a TV out.....i plug the lead in and then into the TV and nothing WHY?????

is the card configured to tv out?
are you using composite or s-vhs output?
do you have the full driver pack installed?
Is your tv switched on? lol just kidding

righ mous click your desktop then select the settings tab

click advanced

then there will be a tab with pictures of a monitor tv etc

you have to enable it

and your tv should work

beware your monitor may go blank and can be a fucker to get back if you dont know how to do it

..i am using the plug supplied LOL....it then goes into the phono plugs red white yellow...then plugged into TV...It has the TV option in the display advanced propertys..i switch it on and apply it but when i go back its off again??

Is the channel on your TV set up to recieve images from the computer?

You might need to "tune" like you would a video channel. It will most likely be one of the AV or SV channels......
