Just been doing some reading on consumer rights, basicly what they say is if you have purchased the said item and the money has been payed out then the agreement with you and the seller is complete, it is now upto the seller to carry out his part of the agreement.

Been talking about this on scoobynet aswell, one the replies was....
It was on Heart FM earlier today.
They said the link is now dead and that Homebase are looking into it.
Not sure if they meant looking into the dead link or looking into it being priced at 49p.

There was a test case where the same thing happend with Argos.
The company can choose not to deliver your item and refund the cash.

A couple of quotes from the Argos & Homebase T&C's as posted on the other boards.

ARGOS and Homebase were swamped with orders yesterday after their websites offered a 28in TV and DVD recorder for just 49p.
But thousands of people who had orders confirmed were later sent emails saying they will get nothing.
The Bush equipment should have cost £350. But a mistake was made while keying in prices on the websites.
Some shoppers bought up to 80 each. IT student Matthew Waine, 19, from the Isle of Man held a party for mates to make bulk orders
He said: “By the time I found out about it I discovered 300 people had ordered TVs.”
Last night the firm that owns Argos and Homebase apologised. It said: “We regret we will be unable to fulfil the orders.”
But thousands of people who had orders confirmed were later sent emails saying they will get nothing.

Unfortunately there were was an accidental error on the price shown on our website for this product during the period from midnight on 27th August to 0700 on 28th August, which caused the product to be advertised for £0.49 rather than the correct price of £349.99. This error has now been rectified and in accordance with Condition 4.2 of our Website Terms I am writing to advise you of this problem.
We have therefore had to reject all orders placed at the incorrect price in accordance with Condition 2.3 of our Website Terms and conditions and with regret we cannot accept your order.
On behalf of Homebase I apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure you that we have initiated the refund process and where any charges have been debited to your payment card, they will be fully refunded as soon as possible.
