The Pro-alloy lads do a beautifully crafted 50mm one (standard is 40mm) . I will be doing some testing with this radiator on Friday, so will be able to report the results .

I don't run water-cooling on my turbo, as I personally belive that on tracks it puts too much heat into the cooling system. However, it is essential on the GT range of turbos, so if you have one of these, the pre-rad is defo worth fitting .

The sierra deisel rad is bigger, ie deeper, holds more water, and bolts straight up,
i dont no if the standard intercooler can be used, becauce the rad is a lot taller
although it is an ally rad it still uses plastic end caps.

I use the proalloy one that Mikes was going on about. I NEVER struggle with watertemps. Its the BOLLOCKS. on track even with a watercooled GT35 Turbo I was only seeing temps around the high 70's!
